局部內壁修補 (Patch Lining)方法是使用套筒襯墊物料即(強力玻璃纖維)在渠筒修補單一破損位置。將加入膠水的套筒襯墊物料纏繞在橡皮圈(Packer)周圍並放進沙井渠道入口，朝向修復的位置後用空氣壓縮機加氣壓令橡皮圈充氣擴張固定在筒內。

該方法使用常溫固化在大約30-45分鐘後，橡皮圈放氣減壓並將橡皮圈拉出沙井，套筒襯墊物料固化後會在管道內留下整個工程才算完成。

The partial patching method uses a sleeve liner material (strong fiberglass) to repair a single damaged location in the canister. The sleeve material of the glue is wrapped around the rubber band (Packer) and placed in the inlet of the manhole channel, and is oriented toward the repairing position, and then the air compressor is pressurized and the rubber ring is inflated and fixed in the cylinder.
The method uses room temperature curing after about 30-45 minutes, the packer will be de-pressurized and the packer will be pull out of the manhole, and the sleeve liner material solidifies and the entire project is left in the pipe to complete
